A bespoke bay-window pelmet, handmade oval mirror and geometric mirrored screen for a coordinated lounge.

John made this bespoke pelmet to follow the shape of the customer’s bay window. Upholstered in brown velvet and finished with hand-painted mouldings, its shaped sections frame the window and sit neatly above the curtains.

The commission also included a handmade oval overmantel mirror, with a painted surround and stepped mouldings that complement the fireplace below. Behind the sofa, a wall-mounted screen combines CNC-cut circular and rectangular fretwork with mirrored panels, adding another distinctive feature to the room.

Together, the three pieces connect the window, fireplace and seating area through complementary colours, finishes and carefully considered proportions.
